Hello everyone! This post serves to detail all our plans for Nerdcrafteria for the remainder of 2025! Like we did last year, this road map will be split into a two-part series, with Part 1 (The post you’re reading right now) covering all the plans and events we have from now until our map reset, due to occur in August.
Part 2 will cover everything to follow after our map reset, and will release sometime over the summer.
2025 So Far & Reset News
This year’s P4A was our most successful to date, with our live stream segment raising $10,456 for the various charities this year, as well as $970 through our online store! We really appreciate your generosity!
Most of our stretch goals as part of our P4A campaign this year have already been handed out, including 24h fly on all worlds, a Pickaxe For Qawesome for the upcoming Caveblock season, and a mending book for use in any world on any item!
As we have mentioned, our main map will be reset later this year in August. We are taking all questions pertaining to the map reset at the following form. All answers have been compiled at this link, and is updated regularly.
The Roadmap!
Early Month – Mob Shenanigans
We’re looking to shake things up with some custom loot tables for whenever you kill certain mobs across the server. We’ll keep you posted on this!
Late Month – New Skyblock Season
You won’t have to wait long for the next Skyblock season, as we’re loading in another edition of Caveblock for everyone to enjoy! Get ready to jump back into the swing of things April 17th! Theme to be announced as voted by you! (As of the posting of this Road Map)
May 2025
Early Month – Nerdfighter Trivia
The last of our P4A 2025 perks, we’ll be having a Nerdfighter Trivia night! (Or day)
Come join us and test your knowledge of some various Nerdfighter and Nerdcrafteria related trivia questions!
Late Month – Plot Updates Before Reset
We are planning on vastly reducing plot restrictions prior to the map reset. More details to come, but we hope this will inspire you to make some more amazing builds and help paint a wonderful snapshot when the map comes to a close.
June 2025
Early Month – Pride! (All Month)

Look out for various pride-related activities all month long!
Late Month – Survival End
In preparation for the main map reset and potential upgrade, Survival’s current season will be coming to a close this month. You’re making good progress on the zoo, and you’ll want to make sure you get all your screenshots in advance!
July 2025
Early Month – Summer Secret Llama
A favourite of the Nerdcrafteria community, Secret Llama returns for this year’s summer edition. Make someone’s day better with awesome builds and named items, hopefully ones memorable enough to carry over to the next map! (Pending feasibility)
Late Month – Survival End
We’ll be hosting one last Speed Survival experience before the map reset to help those of you scratch that Survival itch. Details coming soon!
August 2025
Early Month – Esther Day, Caveblock End
Every year, we commemorate Esther Earl, a made-of-awesome Nerdfighter who asked us to celebrate the love we have among our family and friends before she passed away. Please join us in celebrating platonic and familial love.
Caveblock will also be seeing the sunset this month as we prepare for the main map reset and potential version upgrade! Make sure you get your final build contest entries polished, complete your last challenges, and take your screenshots!
Late Month – Map Farewell Party, Server Upgrade & Map Reset
This map holds a special place in many people’s hearts, staff and players alike. We’ll be giving it a proper farewell with a Map Farewell Party.
Shortly after, the entire server will be down for a few days while the new map is loaded in and components are upgraded to a new Minecraft version, ready for your enjoyment. Keep on the lookout for more details as we get closer!
